California Man Involved in Court Bombing Will Get New Sentence

A California man who was convicted for multiple offenses in relation to the 2008 bombing of a San Diego federal courthouse saw his sentence vacated Thursday by the Ninth Circuit in a case where both parties agreed the lower court made mistakes.

The US District Court for the Southern District of California sentenced Donny Love Sr., to almost 24 years for possession of an unregistered firearm, and imposed a 10-year term of supervised release in the written judgment.
