Baltimore Council Leader Quizzed on Finances in Ex-Wife’s Trial

Baltimore City Council President Nick J. Mosby took the stand for a second day in the loan-fraud trial of his ex-wife, former Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, in Greenbelt, Md., on Monday.

The prosecution picked up where it left off in its cross examination at the close of last week, questioning Nick about what he told Marilyn about their unpaid taxes.

Marilyn stands accused in the US District Court for the District of Maryland of making false statements on mortgage loan applications submitted in connection with two Florida vacation properties she purchased in 2020 and 2021.
