A former US Army financial counselor is accused of defrauding Gold Star families by making unauthorized trades with their life insurance and survivor benefits between May 2018 and November 2022.
The US Securities and Exchange Commission filed the complaint against Caz Craffy on July 7 in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
