David Camden was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison and ordered to pay $7,000 after pleading guilty to assaulting law enforcement during the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the US Capitol, the Justice Department announced Friday.
According to the DOJ, Camden traveled to Washington to attend the “Stop the Steal” rally on Jan. 6, 2021, and protest the 2020 presidential election results.
