A current executive of a U.S. subsidiary of French power and transportation company Alstom S.A. July 29 agreed to plead guilty to criminal charges in connection with a scheme to bribe Indonesian government officials, according to a plea agreement filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut (United States v. Pierucci).
Frederic Pierucci agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and one count of violating the FCPA.
