Allergy Testing Co. Head Pleads Guilty in $5.9 Million Scheme

Kyle Tsui, president of Allergy Testing Co., has pleaded guilty to wire fraud and mail fraud in connection to a $5.9 million fraud scheme, according to the Department of Justice on Tuesday.

Tsui defrauded customers by claiming to sell food and environmental sensitivity testing services when, in actuality, these tests were not being performed. He instead fabricated tests results for over 88,000 victims.

Tsui faces a maximum prison sentence of 20 years for wire fraud and 20 years for mail fraud. In addition to prison time, he has been ordered to pay forfeiture of $4.1 million.
