Alaska Chiropractor Accused of Taking Stolen Funds to Hawaii

An Alaska chiropractic group sued its former owner in Delaware, claiming he relocated to Hawaii with money he stole from the practice after selling it, when he was still under contract to work for it.

Anodyne Pain & Wellness Solutions Inc. and an affiliated limited liability company paid $3.4 million last year to buy Alaska Spine & Pain Center LLC from Caleb Craig, according to the Chancery Court lawsuit filed Dec. 12.
