Wyndham, Other Hotels Lose Bid to Escape Sex Trafficking Lawsuit

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Inc., Choice Hotels International Inc., and InterContinental Hotels Corp. must continue to face a lawsuit accusing them of failing to stop sex trafficking on their premises, the Southern District of Ohio ruled Oct. 8.

Plaintiff “M.A.” claims she was trafficked, sexually exploited, and repeatedly victimized at various hotels in Ohio owned or operated by the hotel chains or their affiliates.
