Winston & Strawn Adds Jonathan Levine as Restructuring Partner

Jonathan Levine joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its restructuring practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Levine counsels clients on corporate restructurings and distressed credit scenarios, including distressed financings and mergers and acquisitions. He represents distressed companies, lenders, ad hoc groups, sponsors, and investors, the firm said. He advises clients, both in-court and out-of-court, in matters involving airline, health care, pharmaceutical and medical device, energy, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, technology, telecommunications, maritime shipping, trucking, and other transportation sectors.
