Weil Adds Meredith Mackey as Banking Partner From Fried Frank

Meredith Mackey joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its banking and finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Mackey advises institutional lenders and underwriters in debt financing transactions, with a focus on leveraged loans and high-yield debt, the firm said. She represents clients in the natural resources, basic industrials, health care, and technology industries.

She joins from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
