Attorney Larry Klayman, founder of the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, was suspended from practicing law in the District of Columbia for 18 months on Thursday for violating rules of professional conduct.
In its 30-page order, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals said it accepted that conclusion by DC Bar’s Board on Professional Responsibility, and adopted its recommended sanction. His reinstatement is conditioned upon “demonstrating fitness to practice law,” the court said.
