Walmart Lands Supreme Court Litigator as Lead Appellate Counsel

Walmart Inc. has added another elite litigator to oversee appellate litigation within its large in-house legal team.

Charles Dameron—formerly a clerk to Chief Justice John Roberts—signed on this month as lead counsel for appellate and strategic commercial litigation, joining the retail giant’s chief legal officer and head of global governance Rachel Brand, also a former Supreme Court clerk.
