VoteVets Action Fund convinced the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday to revive a lawsuit brought by the veterans nonprofit against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs over activities of three men who allegedly provided government advice and were dubbed the “Mar-a-Lago Council.”
VoteVets named the entity “after the Trump resort and club where it first convened,” the court said.
