Magistrate Judge Sheila M. Finnegan indicated in a docket entry late Monday that Viamedia had withdrawn its claim that Comcast violated the antitrust “duty to deal” doctrine by abruptly cutting off Viamedia’s access to a regional clearinghouse for TV advertising spots.
