USC Fails to Stop Harassment by Porn-Watching Student

The University of Southern California isn’t entitled to a temporary restraining order to stop an expelled student from harassing professors and staff.

USC’s request was unwarranted, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington said Jan. 24.

To accommodate a disability, Roland Ma was allowed to do his class work remotely online. Ma admitted to fellow students he watched pornography during the online class.
