U.S. Citizen’s ‘No Fly’ List Suit Revived

A U.S. citizen’s due process suit challenging placement of his name on the government’s “No Fly” List isn’t moot, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said Sept. 20.

Even though Yonas Fikre’s name was removed from the list, the government didn’t show it wouldn’t be put back on, the opinion by Judge Morgan Christen said.
