Twitter Escapes ‘Frivolous’ Ban Suit by GOP Senate Candidate

Twitter Inc. escaped a social media ban challenge by a Republican Senate candidate who said he thought Parkland school shooting victims were being paid, with the Ninth Circuit dismissing the case as frivolous.

Craig Brittain, a long-shot candidate for the seat once held by John McCain, was previously known for paying to settle Federal Trade Commission charges that his “revenge porn” website published nude photos of women without their consent.
