Trump Media Takes Free Speech Fight to Brazil by Suing Judge (2)

President Donald Trump’s media company sued a Brazilian Supreme Court justice, accusing him of trying to illegally suppress the US social-media activity of conservative Brazilian voices.

Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. filed the civil suit against Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes on Wednesday in federal court in Tampa, Florida. Moraes, an outspoken opponent of “fake news” and disinformation in social media, has previously clashed with Elon Musk over content on his X platform. Musk is now a top Trump advisor.
