Trump Intends to Nominate Jennifer Mascott to Third Circuit (1)

President Donald Trump announced plans to nominate Jennifer Mascott, a law professor working in his White House Counsel’s office, to a federal appeals court seat.

Mascott, who taught administrative and constitutional law at Catholic University of America and George Mason University before joining the second Trump administration earlier this year, would serve on the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

“She will be a STRONG Judge, and protect the Rule of Law,” Trump said in a Truth Social post Wednesday night.
