Trump DOJ to Soon Update Policy on Contacts With White House (1)

A new policy governing contacts between the Justice Department and the White House about criminal cases is “forthcoming,” according to the Trump administration’s nominee to lead the criminal division.

“I believe that policy is being evaluated by the attorney general and the deputy attorney general,” Tysen Duva said Wednesday at his Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing in response to a question from Sen.
