President Donald J. Trump’s re-election campaign won’t get a speedy hearing on its challenge to Pennsylvania’s voting rules, after a federal judge held the campaign’s request was improper.
Pennsylvania has been identified as a key battleground state in the upcoming presidential election. Trump won in the state by fewer than 50,000 votes in 2016.
