Trump Campaign Gets Pushback in Suit Against Pennsylvania County

A Pennsylvania county board of elections wants a federal judge to dismiss claims of unlawful mail-in voting procedures lodged by President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign.

Pennsylvania is a battleground state in the upcoming presidential election. Polls show Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee, leading by several points.

The campaign has “failed completely to set forth any facts which relate to any conduct (good or bad) which relates in any manner to Potter County,” the board of elections told the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on July 18.
