David Navetta joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner and co-leader in its privacy and cyber practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Navetta counsels clients on data protection issues, including strategic privacy and AI advice, data breach response, cybersecurity risk management, consumer and employee privacy compliance, incident response planning, technology transactions, vendor management, board advice, regulatory investigations, litigation, and due diligence in corporate transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Cooley.
