Scores of AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc.'s retail investors have flooded the Delaware Court of Chancery in the last few months with letters expressing their views on a nine-figure settlement to resolve litigation challenging the company’s plan to convert its APE preferred units into common stock. The court has made special accommodations for the many interested parties expected to attend a two-day settlement hearing this week before Vice Chancellor Morgan Zurn.
