Think Tank Founder Revives Libel Suit Over Alleged Russia Ties

Think tank founder and New Zealand businessman Christopher Chandler on Friday convinced the D.C. Circuit to revive part of his libel lawsuit against a private investigator whose 2003 confidential report on Chandler’s activities, including alleged ties to Russian mobsters, fueled negative coverage in the British press more than a decade later.
