Federal courts are getting creative in seeking to restart jury trials, and for some, that means outdoor settings and virtual proceedings are on the table.

Minimizing Risk: Even courts able to move forward with in-person trials as conditions in their communities improve are doing so cautiously, adapting proceedings to minimize risk.
