Tennessee Website Data on Abortion Reversal Sought by Court

Tennessee and abortion providers must give a federal trial court more information about a health department website required to publish data about the possibility of reversing medication abortions, before it will rule on a law that allegedly violates providers’ free speech rights.

Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi and other providers are trying to stop Tennessee from enforcing a law compelling them to give patients information that is allegedly untruthful, misleading, and unsupported by reliable scientific evidence.
