Tech Companies Beat Claims of a Conspiracy Against Conservatives

Four of America’s top tech companies have beaten a lawsuit accusing them of conspiring to censor politically conservative views.

Nonprofit group Freedom Watch and YouTube personality Laura Loomer failed to offer any factual allegations in support of their claims that Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Apple collude against conservatives, Judge Trevor N. McFadden of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled March 14.

“Merely invoking terms like ‘conspiracy’ and ‘agreement’ is not enough,” the judge wrote.
