Team Tapped to Review PACER Amid Fee Dispute (Corrected)

The federal courts’ office has tapped a dozen people in the legal community to provide feedback on the electronic federal court records system PACER, which faces criticism by users and lawmakers over its fees.

The team announced Jan. 9 by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts includes lawyers, librarians, media professionals, and others who will discuss “public access issues” that users experience, and flesh out ideas for “expanding and improving services.”
