T-Mobile US Inc.’s claims that Cox Communications Inc. didn’t negotiate in good faith toward a mobile virtual network operator agreement may proceed in Delaware’s Chancery Court, a judge said Monday.
Cox began negotiating that agreement with Sprint Corp. before its merger with T-Mobile. After Sprint and T-Mobile completed their merger in April 2020, Cox pursued a similar agreement with Verizon Communications Inc. instead.
