The Biden administration urged the US Supreme Court to reject an emergency request to reinstate millions of family planning funds to Oklahoma after the state refused to provide abortion referrals.
The dispute over grant money isn’t significant enough to warrant emergency intervention, US Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar said in a brief on Thursday.
