A trio of Republican senators who previously voted to confirm Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the appeals court known as the “second-highest court in the land” have voted for two-thirds or more of Joe Biden’s judicial nominees.

Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) are part of a dwindling number of senators in either party willing to give deference to the opposing party when it comes to judicial nominees.
