The US Supreme Court’s approval rating dropped 10 percentage points, with a majority of Americans now disapproving, according to a poll taken just after a leaked draft
In a Marquette Law School survey this month, 44% expressed approval of the Supreme Court, with 55% disapproving. That’s a major swing from a poll in March that showed approval at 54% but part of a continuing downward trend. In a September 2020 poll, 66% approved of the high court.
