Sudden Deal on 15 Judges Gives Trump Win, Dems Campaign Time

The Trump administration continued its record-setting pace in confirming appellate judges, after Democratic Senators agreed to allow votes on three more.

Second Circuit nominee and District Judge Richard Sullivan, Third Circuit nominee David James Porter, and Ninth Circuit nominee Ryan Nelson were all confirmed Oct. 11.

The confirmations brought to 29 the total number of Trump administration appointees to the U.S. Courts of Appeals.
