John Storz is joining law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP’s national financial restructuring group in New York.
- Storz, previously of Brown Rudnick LLP, advised clients on M&A, securities offerings and investment fund transactions, according to a statement reviewed by Bloomberg
- Also worked with creditor committees and distressed companies on restructurings; industries included biotechnology and manufacturing
- Storz brings “established client relationships and a recognized brand,” Jeff Keitelman, the firm’s co-managing partner, says in statement
