A waste management solutions company allegedly violated federal and state labor laws when it failed to properly compensate workers for overtime work, a complaint filed Wednesday in federal court says.
Stericycle Inc. knowingly allowed employees to work more than 40 hours in a workweek and failed to adequately pay overtime wages, former employee Tierra Holliday alleges in the proposed class action filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
