Court Says Stefanik Didn’t Fix Judicial Complaint for Months (1)

The federal trial court in Washington is pushing back against Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), who said the court hadn’t addressed her complaint against one of its judges despite multiple submissions.

Stefanik had said she filed a complaint against Judge Beryl Howell “three times and via different methods” and that the “contents remained unaddressed” after five months, in a letter she and Judiciary Committee Chair Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) sent to the D.C. Circuit’s chief judge last month.
