Southwest Religious Training Order Sparks Misconduct Filing (1)

A judicial misconduct complaint was filed against the federal judge who ordered Southwest Airlines Co. lawyers to take religious liberty training as a sanction for inadequately following a court order.

The complaint was filed Tuesday with the Judicial Council of the Fifth Circuit by Gabe Roth, the executive director of Fix the Court, against Judge Brantley Starr of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
