Simpson Thacher Hires Adam Aderton as Asset Management Partner

Adam Aderton joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its government and internal investigations practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Aderton focuses on regulatory and enforcement matters, advising clients across the asset management industry. He advises on complex regulatory inquiries and litigation matters involving various types of funds and separately managed accounts, as well as provides asset managers with ongoing compliance advice, the firm said.

He joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
