A lawsuit accusing Tremaine Aldon Neverson, the musician known as Trey Songz, of sexual assault and battery was revived by the Eleventh Circuit, which said the plaintiff might be able to sue under a pseudonym because she fears using her real name would bring shame to her family and subject her to online bullying and harassment.
