Senators Announce Deal on Prescription Drug Price Legislation

Lawmakers have reached a bipartisan deal on legislation to lower drug prices in the US, Senators Bernie Sanders and Bill Cassidy say in a statement.

• “We’ve come to an agreement to consider critical pieces of legislation to reform pharmacy benefit managers and expand the availability of low-cost generic drugs” through the HELP Committee,” Sanders and Cassidy say
