The Senate Judiciary Committee will have to vote again this week on two trial court nominees sent back to the panel from the Senate floor.
The nominations of Eumi Lee to the Northern District of California and Mustafa Kasubhai to the District of Oregon were both returned the Judiciary Committee on Monday.
