Selena Gomez Sues Mobile Game Maker for Allegedly Using Likeness

Well-known actress and vocalist Selena Gomez was surprised to find her likeness being used in marketing for a fashion-themed mobile game, a suit filed in a state court in Los Angeles alleges, as game makers never sought permission to use her image.

Gomez has never endorsed a mobile game, the suit says, and wouldn’t have given permission for her image to be used in the “Clothes Forever Styling Game,” which according to the complaint is bug-ridden with low user ratings.
