A federal judge must reconsider whether a person using a wheelchair at the Seattle Mariners’ stadium can see over people standing two rows in front and not just one row in front, the Ninth Circuit ruled Wednesday.
The court’s ruling came as a win for individuals who challenged the owners and operators of T-Mobile Park under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
