The former chair of DLA Piper and Proskauer Rose’s private equity practices Daniel Eisner has joined Schulte Roth & Zabel as a partner in its M&A and securities group in New York City.
Eisner’s career has spanned more than two decades. He has represented private equity firms and other corporate clients in business transactions, including domestic and international M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings and venture and growth capital investments.
