A former Santé Ventures marketing director who twice went to trial in her lawsuit seeking bonus payments agreed to have her $1.4 million jury verdict cut by $200,000 instead of preparing for a third trial.
The director’s decision, filed on Nov. 4, responded to an October order in which Judge Lewis J. Liman gave her the option of accepting a reduced verdict or conducting another trial on the question of damages.
