A federal judge lifted a lawyer’s suspension in Delaware after finding no reason that a similar sanction in Pennsylvania over conduct in prosecuting a case related to the Penn State child sex abuse scandal should be reciprocal.
The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware agreed on Monday with Frank G. Fina that the year suspension to practice in that court was “unwarranted” because he didn’t violate any ethics rules in Delaware.
