Samsung Infringed Patents for Mobile Device Chargers, Suit Says

Samsung Electronics America Inc.‘s superfast and wireless battery chargers for hand-held devices infringe patents held by Voltstar Technologies Inc., a complaint filed in federal court says.

The first two patents-in-suit, involving Nos. 9,024,581 and RE48,794 E, deal with the package for a charger plug, the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas says.
