Russian’s Conviction for $90 Million Hack-and-Trade Scam Upheld

The conspiracy and securities fraud convictions of a Russian businessman were upheld despite his claim that venue wasn’t proper in the court where his trial was held.

Venue was proper in the US District Court of the District of Massachusetts, Judge Patti B. Saris said Wednesday.
