Ropes & Gray is representing Audax Private Equity on its acquisition of DISA Global Solutions Inc., a tech-enabled provider of employee screening, compliance, and workplace health and safety solutions.
Dechert said it advised the seller, Court Square Capital Partners, and its portfolio company, DISA Global Solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
